Agree With:

• Tip #1: Price is CRUCIAL.  List your home at the RIGHT price and it will sell (i.e. lower price than your neighbors)
• Tip #2: Cleanliness is important.  If the home looks clean, buyers will think it is.  Staging and style gets offers in this first-timer market.

Disagree With:

• Tip #5: Think it’s uncomfortable to be in the home when the buyers are looking at it?  Try being the buyer.  It makes them feel twice as “uneasy” when you are there because they can’t give their true opinions about the home including a potential offer price….which is what you want!

About the Event

The Wayzata Chilly Open is a unique event that was started in 1984 to celebrate our “chilly” Minnesota winters. This annual golf outing brings hundreds of golfers out on frozen Lake Minnetonka to enjoy food, fun and frozen festivities!  Golfers play “frozen” golf on one of two 9+ hole courses with tennis balls.  This year’s event will also include a chili cook-off and live music in the 19th Hole Tent!  The event will be held February 13th, 2010.   Tee Times are available at 10:00am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

2010 Theme

This year’s theme is “Around the World!” Each of the 18+ golf holes will represent a different country from around the world!  With the Olympics starting the night before, golfers also might have the opportunity to experience some other fun activities!  Roger Fazendin realtors along with myself will be sporting our best dread-locked look as we represent Jamaica this year.  Anyone have a bobsled I can borrow?
